We received a 3year old piece, plastic has become yellow at a few places, the screws were found rusted. The overflow stopper baloon is not working, we have to open the back side and fill water directly into tank and not working through the given nozzle. Functionality is otherwise ok

The air cooler is perfect, gives cool air, and has many features, but there is no water empty tank alarm, and the water indicator is a little bit small, unable to see the whole tank of water. Still, it is a very good air cooler. Air throw is very great and easily portable; timer featues are also very useful.
