Main Bhi Influencer – Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions:
Please note “You/Your” refers to the participants of this Contest.
Duration: 12th June 2025 – 30th June 2025
Revised last date for contest entries is 20th July 2025
The Contest will begin on the date after the contest creative is posted till the last date.
Participate in our Main Bhi Influencer Contest and 10 winners stand a chance to win 20000/- vouchers each, subject to the satisfaction of the terms and conditions as provided herein. By participating in this Contest, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the Contest as detailed herein.
Participation Rules for the prize:
1. To enter the Main Bhi Influencer contest:
a. Follow @orientelectric
b. Participant needs to post a story of their video where they take an Orient Electric product and act as an influencer and tag @orientelectric and also send the video as DM to @orientelectric.
c. Participant needs to use #MainBhiInfluencer and #orientelectric in the story when they upload the video.
2. Prizes: -
10 winners will get vouchers worth Rs. 20000/- each.
Winners would be selected solely based on the metrics that Orient Electric decides. No one has the right to question Orient Electric on the choice of winners and the final decision will be with Orient Electric.
Results will be announced after the contest finishes.
All the prizes will be distributed after the contest.
All shortlisted winners will be expected to provide their mobile number, email id, once they are shortlisted to get the prize.
Winners will be required to post their reactions once they are announced. If deemed fit, Orient Electric would post them on their handle as well.
C.Eligibility:
Only Indian residents who are of age 18 or above at the time of entering the Contest are eligible to participate in the Contest.
Additional Terms & Conditions (T&Cs):
1. This #MainBhiInfluencer contest is organised by Orient Electric. Participation in this contest is purely voluntary.
2. Contest will begin on 12th June 2025 and end on 30th June 2025.
3. The contest is open to everyone subject to the eligibility criteria detailed above.
4. The contest is not open to the employees, distributors, agents, vendors and suppliers of Orient Electric.
5. By participating in this Contest, each participant agrees that he/she has read and understood these T&Cs and by their participation in the contest, each participant agrees to be bound by the T&Cs. Mere participation should not be perceived as any commitment on the part of Orient Electric to select a participant eligible for the Prizes. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by /orient to conduct further, similar or other contests in the future. By participating in this Contest, the participants also agree and confirm that they are legally eligible to participate in this Contest and are of such legally permissible age.
6. Incomplete information provided or failure to provide true and accurate information, failure to submit proof of identification and/or original confirmation number will automatically disqualify a participant. Orient shall have the absolute and sole discretion to determine whether any participant should be disqualified by reason of failure to abide by these terms and conditions, bad faith, fraud or any other reason which it may determine.
7. Orient Electric has the sole discretion in selecting the participants who all are eligible for prizes and no claims etc, by any third party shall be entertained in this relation thereto. Prizes are offered on 'NO EXCHANGE, NO REFUND' basis. The Decision of Orient Electric shall be considered as final.
8. The Participant agrees that Orient Electric shall not be under any obligation, under any circumstances, to pay to the participant any money towards the usage of the posts and videos shared by the Participant.
9. Orient Electric reserves the right to exchange, share or provide the information relating to your personal details and information with Statutory Bodies as and when required.
10. Orient Electric may use third-party service providers that provide hosting, data storage and other services pursuant to standard terms and conditions that are generally non negotiable. Orient Electric may be unable to impose contractual obligations on them with respect to the measures they use to protect Personal Information.
11. Orient Electric does not encourage and is not responsible for the misuse of any content. Copyrighted, obscene, provocative, questionable content or otherwise objectionable content will not be considered. Orient Electric retains the right to remove all such objectionable content at its sole discretion without any intimation to the participant. Orient Electric retains sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content.
12. You agree that the views expressed by you in the comment/video are your views and Orient Electric does not take any responsibility of the same. Any claims made against the views will have to be dealt by you at your own cost. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Orient Electric and its officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, respective directors, and assigns harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, fines, penalties, costs, expenses, and liabilities (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees), arising from or relating to a breach of any of the Terms and Conditions; or a breach of any applicable laws; or violation of the rights of any third party.
13. Multiple entries are not allowed. Participants take full responsibility for the Referral shared by them.
14. Participants agree and confirm that they will not make any claim against Orient Electric with regard to matters connected with this Contest. Participants expressly waive any and all rights of claim against Orient Electric with regard to the Contest, prize, or the T&Cs hereof. Further, Orient Electric shall not be liable for any losses, damages, taxes, liabilities or inconvenience suffered by any participant as a result of these terms and conditions, entering into this Contest or accepting any part of the prize. Further, participants will hold Orient Electric harmless against any loss, damage, taxes, liabilities suffered by Orient Electric due to a participant’s participation in this Contest or accepting any part of the prize.
15. Orient Electric reserves the right to withdraw the Contest and/or change, amend, extend, and/or alter any of the terms & conditions of this Contest, without any reason and at any time, without prior notice and without any liability whatsoever for the same.
16. This Contest is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of ("Force Majeure Event"). Orient Electric shall be not liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the participants in the Contest including the winners as a result of a Force Majeure Event.
17. Orient Electric will not be responsible and liable for acceptability, suitability, delivery, service, defects, deficiency, performance or quality of the services /products/prize provided under the Contest.
18. This contest is subject to the applicable rules and regulations as may be in force in India.
19. The participant(s) hereby give express permission to Orient Electric & its affiliates to freely use and distribute in any manner and through any medium their stories / submissions and content thereof as entered by them in this Contest. Materials/content sent/submitted with Orient Electric including feedback and other communications of any kind as well as submission of an entry to this Contest shall be deemed to be non-confidential. Orient Electric shall be free to reproduce, distribute and publicly display such feedback, materials without limitation or obligation of any kind. Orient Electric is also free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such submissions or materials for any purpose. Participants agree and confirm that such submissions and any content/material included therein does not breach intellectual and/or proprietary rights of any third party.
20. Prizes are non-transferable & Orient Electric reserves the right to modify/withdraw the prizes, with/without any prior notice.
21. This Contest will be governed by Indian laws and Disputes, if any, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
22. Any dispute arising out of this Contest herein shall be solely decided by Orient Electric, and any such decision shall be final and binding on the Participants.
23. Limitation of Liability: Any liability of Orient Electric arising out of this contest herein shall be limited to INR 100 only, and the Participant waives the right to contest any liability of Orient Electric by participating in this contest.
