Always ensure the rod is fully immersed in water (to above the minimum immersion line) before switching on, so the heating element doesn’t overheat.

Do not touch the heating coil or handle when it’s plugged in, and avoid splashing water onto the electrical parts.

Never immerse the electrical plug or cord in water.

Use a metal or heat-resistant container, not a thin plastic bucket, to avoid damage from heat.

Keep the bucket clip secured so the rod remains stable and does not move.

Disconnect from the power source as soon as the desired water temperature is reached, and let the rod cool before removing.

Inspect the rod and cord periodically for any damage, and do not use if any cracks or exposed wires are visible.

The product comes with a 2-year replacement warranty, which covers manufacturing defects but does not cover physical damage or misuse. 

To claim warranty service, you will need to contact Orient Electric’s customer support or authorized service centers, providing proof of purchase and details of the defect.

Replacement is subject to verification of the defect; normal wear & tear, misuse, or damage from improper handling are not usually covered.

It’s advisable to register the product (if Orient offers registration) to help in warranty claims and service support.
